You will create vision, clarity and alignment on the direction of your business, now and in the future. As a result, every team member will know how they fit into the mission of the organization
What You Can Expect:
Using the process and content from Business Made Simple’s Mission Statement Made Simple, we'll help you define a mission statement, story pitch and guiding actions for your organization that inspire and equip your team
Once finished, we’ll complete a “Guiding Principles One-Sheeter” for team members to reference
This work will help each leader drive more focus and accountability from their teams without micromanaging by bringing a clear structure to 1:1s with their direct reports
