Overview: You’ll Learn By Doing
Group coaching works because we work on building your skills a little at a time. Whereas attending a workshop provides intensity of learning over multiple days, weekly group coaching sessions enable you to practice and build your skills in-session and then have time to experiment in your real-world interactions. You’ll have individual goals for yourself, but you’ll learn from your peers as they work on their skills. We intentionally keep the groups small to enhance the learning by providing individual attention to everyone in the group.
Our focus is on the most important tool for communicating with impact – YOU! You will develop a communication style that is uniquely your own. Plus, you’ll know just how to carry the skills forward into everyday life. We don’t work on content development (“what you say”) in this mastermind because if you have great content, but can’t deliver it effectively, you’re doomed. One thing at a time.
We combine a little bit of teaching with A LOT of experimenting and active coaching. You’ll be led by an expert in communication sciences (licensed speech-language pathologist) and coaching methodologies (certified executive coach), who has helped over 4,000 leaders from multiple Fortune 500 companies transform their ability to communicate and connect with others.
If someone is standing up in front of you lecturing you about the best tips and tricks, then you’re losing out. Here’s why: as adults, we learn by doing, not by being filled with information. Chances are, they aren’t tailoring the experience for your needs and goals. That’s why we keep this workshop limited to 7 participants - so we can get each participant engaged in active coaching and feedback from your peers. This also allows us to go into the specific challenges that you face.
