Our team coaching process is a multi-month engagement that attends to the interaction processes, performance, influence, and leadership capabilities of the team.
Leadership Team Coaching is for executive and leadership teams (consisting of Directors and above) who have the need to:
Establish collective ownership of team direction or focus
Clarify goals, targets, roles, and responsibilities
Improve interpersonal team dynamics and/or team culture
Optimize connections and interactions with needs of key stakeholders
Establish a reflective learning habit for self-led continuous improvement and development
