Overview:

Executive coaching is a one-on-one engagement spanning 6-18 months. We think of it as a longer-term engagement focused on change. Our process is straightforward, even if the work you'll put in to create lasting change is hard. Through conversation and reflection, we will clarify and confirm your goals for the coaching engagement. Then, we will assess where you currently are with regard to those goals and discuss why they are important to you. All along the way, we will be engaging in active coaching, where you will bring specific challenges each session.

These challenges will serve as the arena as you seek to understand paradigms and patterns in the way you think and act. Our sessions will be action-oriented and goal-focused, with you leaving each session with a commitment of what to work on between our sessions.

What You Can Expect:

  • Depth and discovery about yourself – what holds you back, what gives you energy, your primary motivators behind your goals

  • Examination of patterns in your thinking and behavior

  • A greater understanding of how your leadership style and patterns impact the entire team and organizational systems that exist

  • Self-Awareness through personality assessment (the Enneagram is our preferred process)

  • Development of your personal leadership vision, including the creation of a personal life plan

  • Identification of clear goals for your own growth

  • Pre and post measures will be implemented to help us track your progress

  • 360 degree feedback assessment via stakeholder interviews (determined by coaching plan selected)

  • Sessions are spread out over weeks and months so you can practice your commitments in between sessions
